Overview

Use this Hire Agreement if a Hirer wishes to hire goods and equipment. The template contains an Offer to Hire Form to hire goods and equipment at a price set by the Owner. If the Hirer accepts the Offer to Hire Form it, along with the Owner's standard terms and conditions and any special conditions attaching, will constitute the whole contract between the Hirer and Owner.

Note that this document is a hiring agreement only not a Hire Purchase Agreement. There is no sale or option of sale of equipment to the Hirer and the Owner remains the sole exclusive owner of the equipment.
